At KegLand, we want to ensure your home brewing and dispensing setup is perfect; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are in original, unused condition with all packaging intact, as custom-cut tubing or modified equipment cannot be returned.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box, and ship it to our designated returns warehouse using a tracked service.
Refund Processing
Once our technicians inspect the returned gear, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
